As you add more shops, the number of clicks usually increases as well. Amazon DE, FR, UK, multiple eBay shops, maybe Kaufland, OTTO, Lost & Found and HelpDesk β at some point, you end up asking yourself only one question:
"Where was that item again?" π€
That's exactly why we introduced the new Global Search β currently available as a Beta for everyone.
One Search Across Multiple Products and Accounts
The existing search bar at the top of eSagu can now search across multiple products and accounts at the same time. Instead of switching between Amazon, eBay, HelpDesk or Lost & Found one after another, a single search is enough.
The Global Search intentionally uses the existing search logic of each product. For example, an ASIN can be found in Amazon RePricing, an FNSKU in Lost & Found, an order number in Review Requests, and HelpDesk can even search message content, contacts or email addresses.
Especially useful: within Lost & Found, both areas are searched automatically β regular cases and Inbound Audits. Previously, switching between views was sometimes necessary.
This also saves a lot of clicks in daily work. Instead of:
Open Amazon DE β search β open Amazon FR β search β open eBay β search β open HelpDesk β search
you now simply:
Enter search term β open result π
Open, Edit and Share Directly
Global Search is not only about finding things. Items can be opened and edited directly from the search results without switching into the respective product first.
Additional information such as pricing strategies or further metadata is loaded only when needed, keeping the search results fast and clean.
Alongside this feature, there are additional improvements: eBay items can now be fully edited directly in the item modal, just like Amazon, OTTO and Kaufland items.
Items now also have their own detail pages with direct URLs. Instead of writing in your team chat:
"Can you open ASIN XYZ in the Amazon DE account?"
simply open the burger menu in the inventory or Global Search, click "Detail Page", and copy the link. This makes sharing items in team chats, support cases or internal communication much easier.
Find Quickly, Continue Working Efficiently
One important note: Global Search intentionally does not replace the specialized searches inside each product. Advanced filters such as HelpDesk tags, pricing strategies or individual item filters remain available within their respective products.
Global Search is designed to quickly find and directly open items, cases or contacts.
