This is exactly where our latest feature comes in: From now on, we offer real BuyBox ratings and comprehensive traffic data - straight from Amazon!

Why is this important?

Until now, you could already see the BuyBox rates - but based on internal estimates. These values were helpful, but always had to be viewed with a certain degree of uncertainty.

With the new connection to the Sales and Traffic Report from Amazon's Data Kiosk, this has changed fundamentally:

  • BuyBox quotas now come directly from Amazon.
  • Traffic data** such as page views, sessions and conversion rates are available for each product.
  • The data is automatically updated daily - always for the previous day.

Which new key figures are available?

Thanks to the new connection, the following KPIs are now available for your products:

  • BuyBox share % B2C and B2B
  • Items ordered and units ordered (B2C & B2B)
  • Sales data** (B2C & B2B)
  • Page views and sessions** (B2C & B2B)
  • Page view share % compared to the entire marketplace
  • Conversion rate % (ratio between sales and sessions)

Export your new data? No problem!

You can also conveniently export all new BuyBox and traffic data as a CSV file. Ideal if you want to manage large stocks or run your own analyses.

The following columns are now available in the export:

Quick overview directly in the item and warehouse view

You don't have to jump to the detailed view every time: The most important new KPIs such as BuyBox rate, Page views, Sessions and Conversion rate are also displayed directly in the item and stock overview - of course only if current data is available for the item.

So you can see at a glance:

  • Did your item hold the BuyBox?
  • How high is the conversion rate?
  • How many visitors did you have?

This saves time - and enables even faster decisions.

What specifically has improved?

Previously, you could see BuyBox quotas based on internal estimates directly next to your articles. These estimates are still available - they are very up-to-date and offer you a quick orientation. However, you should interpret them with caution as they are based on internal logic and not on official Amazon data.

The new feature also provides you with exact BuyBox quotas and traffic data directly from the official Sales and Traffic Report. Although these values are delayed by one day, they are significantly more accurate and are based directly on Amazon's own analyses.

Conclusion:

  • Estimated ratings = very up-to-date, but less accurate
  • New Data Kiosk ratings = time-delayed, but official and precise

What should you keep in mind?

  • Only available for sales: The Sales and Traffic Report is only generated if an item has actually achieved sales. Without sales, there is unfortunately no traffic or BuyBox data for the period in question.

  • Initial retrieval limited to 7 days: For performance reasons, we only retrieve the last seven days when the new data is first retrieved. The full history (up to 90 days) builds up automatically while the system is updated daily.

  • Data can be retrieved retrospectively for up to 90 days: Stored information is available for up to 90 days** - after which it is automatically deleted.

Availability

The new feature is available immediately for all RePricing for Amazon customers - automatically and at no extra cost. The data is updated daily and is available both in the user interface and via CSV export.

With the new BuyBox and traffic data from the Amazon Data Kiosk, you have a real head start: You can see at a glance where there is potential for optimisation - and can focus your repricing strategies even more specifically on the success of your items.
