Amazon: More automation, more data, more control
2025 was shaped by massive expansions at Amazon:

Lost & Found for Amazon FBA Our completely free tool for finding lost or incorrectly booked stock has been launched. Including automatic case detection, proof generation and, most recently, email notifications βοΈ.

Real BuyBox quotas & traffic data With the connection to Amazon's Data Kiosk, official BuyBox values, page views, sessions and conversion rates are now available - more precisely than ever before.

New JSON feeds & higher limits Up to 60 price uploads per hour, 25,000 items per feed and significantly faster updates.

Private label repricing Price automation for private labels, including AI-supported ASIN search, up to 20 comparison ASINs per item and automated analysis of thousands of offers.

New tab structure and more item information The modernised tab navigation finally makes extensive item information clear again.
eBay: Stable despite API change
Switching off the Finding API and the initially limited Browse API was a challenge. However, we had prepared a fallback at an early stage so that all processes continued to run stably. The Browse API is now fully functional again and the extended search functions are available without restrictions.
In addition, there is now a separate feature for more flexibility when uploading prices via ID and SKU.
Kaufland: From beta test to productive system
After an intensive beta, RePricing for Kaufland is now officially live. Retailers can now optimise their prices dynamically, define strategies, price gaps and exceptions flexibly and manage large product ranges efficiently using mass processing. CSV import and export, a clear dashboard and time control enable seamless automation. The system can be fully integrated into existing processes via the REST API and, thanks to mobile control, everything remains in view even when on the move. π Another large marketplace is now fully integrated into eSagu.
OTTO: Beta launched
At the end of the year, we also launched our RePricing for OTTO in beta π¦, with all the functions that are also included in our RePricing systems for Amazon, Kaufland and eBay. These include dynamic price optimisation based on market and competitor data, central strategy management with minimum prices, intervals and exceptions, automatic price rules for new items and powerful mass processing for large product ranges. This is complemented by CSV import and export, a clear dashboard, time control for scheduled price updates, a comprehensive REST API for complete automation and mobile control for monitoring on the move.
π HelpDesk: More overview, more automation, more AI
2025 was a strong year for our HelpDesk:
- New calendar view for deadlines and appointments
- Customised statuses for support cases
- Improved synchronisation across multiple tabs
- Drag & drop uploads, better formatting and copy code button
- Flexible AI integration with freely selectable API URL and support for GPT-5, GPT-5-mini, GPT-5-nano and alternatives such as Mistral, Ollama and Amazon Bedrock...
π Security & infrastructure
Important steps for a future-proof system:
- Introduction of WebAuthn as a secure second factor (e.g. YubiKey)
- New domain esagu.app for a modern, consistent product image
βοΈ New REST APIs
Two major interfaces were added in 2025, ideal for retailers with large inventories, their own BI tools or ERP systems:
- REST API for Lost & Found
- REST API for Kaufland RePricing
In addition, our entire API documentation has been converted from OpenAPI 2 (Swagger) to OpenAPI 3 for more clarity, modern structures and better integration options.
πΆ New pricing model for power sellers
From 10,000 sales, there is an additional price level with greatly reduced costs - down to β¬0.01 per item for a 24-month term. Large retailers in particular benefit significantly from this.
π 10 years of eSagu - a milestone
Our anniversary was a special highlight. Ten years of software that works. Ten years of stability, continuous enhancements and no half-finished features. From RePricing for Amazon to eBay and Kaufland, plus a powerful HelpDesk, Lost & Found and modern AI integration. And although 2025 was already full of great innovations, our elves are already working on another major feature in the background, which we expect to introduce this year π€.
